Junior Property Manager
to ensure smooth operations, tenant satisfaction, and the successful execution of construction and maintenance projects.
Base Salary:
$60K

Key Responsibilities
The Junior Property Manager will assist with CAPEX and construction projects, create and update AutoCAD drawings, and coordinate maintenance with contractors.
They will oversee building systems, implement preventive maintenance, manage inventories, and supervise technicians.
The role also includes maintaining tenant relations, preparing reports and cost estimates, and supporting safety protocols.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred)
Bilingual (English and Spanish).
Knowledge of AutoCAD (a must) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel mostly).
Availability to rotate between industrial parks (6 in total, Area Metro).
