Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team of B2B sales representatives.

Set clear goals, enforce accountability, and inspire performance.

Manage your own book of business while overseeing departmental success.

Develop strategies to scale revenue and elevate the sales function.

Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Collaborate closely with leadership to align on growth objectives.

Skills & Qualifications Required

Proven experience scaling a sales department and managing teams.

B2B experience with a growth mindset.

Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to step back and strategize.

Motivated by results and financial success.

Familiarity with industries such as industrial, automotive, or outdoor products.

Work Environment Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role requires 20–30% travel for trade shows, with expenses covered.

Job Type & Location Permanent position based out of Kaukauna, WI.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year. Employees receive comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off (PTO), sick leave, life and disability insurance.
