About the Role We’re hiring a
Member Relations Assistant
to support day-to-day member support operations with a strong focus on
referral intake and coordination . This role is ideal for someone who’s reliable, highly organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping people. You’ll work onsite in our Santa Ana office and partner closely with the Member Relations Director and internal teams to ensure member requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer service to members via phone, email, and internal systems
Support referral intake by receiving requests, gathering required information, and documenting details accurately
Coordinate next steps by routing referrals/requests to the appropriate internal teams and/or external partners
Track referral/request status and follow up to ensure timely completion
Maintain accurate records, notes, and updates in internal databases/CRM systems
Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Assist with administrative support tasks, reporting, and other duties as assigned by the Member Relations Director
Required Qualifications
At least 6 months of referral intake and/or coordination experience
Bilingual (highly encouraged, not required)
Experience in member services, healthcare, case coordination, or similar service-focused environments
Familiarity with CRM systems, intake platforms, or database documentation
High School Diploma. BS/BA degree preferred
Strong customer service background (professional phone and written communication)
High reliability, consistent attendance, and strong follow-through
Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentationComfort working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
