Location: TBS-AZ-Tempe, 960 West Elliot Road, Suite 110, Tempe, AZ 85284, USA.

First year potential compensation is $100,000, including a base targeted at $45K to $50K, plus commission, expense, manufacturer incentives, and bonus potential.

As the Senior Outside Sales Account Executive on our Enterprise Accounts Team, you will bring creative, real‑world solutions for our client’s print management needs, driving sales of a full range of office solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

Driving B2B sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory.

Achieving quota through lead generation and relationship building.

Presenting and selling digital office equipment and software solutions.

Generating new business by prospecting and converting leads.

Adopting a culture of sales excellence, including established sales processes, pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and focus on core KPIs.

Partnering with clients to identify goals and needs while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Aligning products and services where business opportunities exist.

Developing relationships and delivering high levels of client care.

Conducting presentations and product demonstrations.

Coordinating sale terms, conducting sales reporting, and training.

Creating and maintaining a prospecting plan to identify key areas of opportunity.

Developing a deep understanding of industry and trends that influence office equipment and digital technology marketplaces.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Two or more years of outside or inside sales experience in a business‑to‑business environment, or five or more years of high‑volume sales experience in Technology, Finance, Mortgage/Real Estate, and/or Consulting.

Five or more years of business‑to‑business experience is preferred.

Demonstrated experience in cold calling and prospecting.

Valid driver’s license.
