1. 7+ years of experience
2. Capture and translate marketing ops requirements for Marketo and AJO
3. Define cross-channel journeys, campaign processes, and governance workflows
4. Optimize Workfront intake, approvals, SLAs, and collaboration processes
5. Align stakeholders across marketing, sales, and operations for execution readiness
6. Create user stories and acceptance criteria; support UAT for AJO/Marketo features
7. Proficient in campaign operations, workflow design, lead management
8. Marketo and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) functional expertise
9. Workfront or similar collaboration tooling experience
