The Opportunity That Awaits You
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the disposables and accessories portfolio for the HYDROS™ and AquaBeam® Robotic systems. You will own the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—driving innovation that enhances surgical experience and patient outcomes.
What Your Role Will Involve
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, aligning with PROCEPT’s vision.
- Define product roadmaps and scope features based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and incorporate Voice of Customers into product strategy.
- Own the product lifecycle, partnering with Product Marketing for Go‑to‑Market and post‑launch support.
- Develop in‑depth technical and clinical knowledge of Aquablation therapy, urological anatomy, and BPH procedures.
- Conduct user research and field observations to gather feedback.
- Translate insights into actionable product requirements with engineering, design, and clinical teams.
- Manage multiple product workstreams simultaneously, balancing priorities.
- Ensure compliance with medical device regulatory requirements and design control processes.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, influencing decision‑making at all levels.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers such as surgeons.
- Support launch and transition plans, marketing assets, training materials, and clinical documentation.
- Participate in conferences, symposiums, and customer engagements to showcase products.
The Qualifications We Need You to Possess
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of product management experience in the medical device industry, with a proven career progression.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and initiative to lead change.
- Hands‑on leadership driving execution from strategy to delivery.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
The Qualifications We Would Like You to Possess
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS).
- Experience managing high‑volume disposable medical devices.
- Experience managing products interfacing with complex capital equipment.
- Strong understanding of Design Controls and product management deliverables.
- Experience with Jira and Jama.
