Position Summary

The Alumni Relations Student Assistant will provide administrative and project-based support to the Office of Alumni Relations. The Alumni Relations Student Assistant reports to the Director of Alumni Relations.

Essential Functions

Student and campus outreach.

Clerical support.

Research projects.

Interaction with alumni/donors.

Special projects as assigned.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Demonstrate a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of standard office equipment and computer software.

Be able to adhere to office standards, to include maintaining confidentiality and engaging in responsible, ethical conduct.

Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA .
