We are seeking a highly skilled Video Producer who is first and foremost an expert in visual storytelling and video production. This individual will be responsible for creating, producing, and overseeing a wide range of video content that drives engagement, supports brand growth, and elevates Kestra Holdings' presence as an industry leader. The role requires someone who can balance creativity with strategy: producing compelling video content that informs and inspires, while also managing the broader direction of how video is developed, delivered, and measured across multiple channels.

What You'll do

  • Develop, produce, and deliver high-quality video content for marketing, promotional, and internal communications across multiple platforms.
  • Film, edit, and optimize video content for diverse audiences, ensuring accessibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Head of Creative Services, Heads of Marketing, and stakeholders to research, plan, storyboard, and direct video campaigns.
  • Lead or assist in all aspects of production, including motion graphics, animation, and live-action shoots.
  • Edit audio, mix sound, and apply sound design to enhance storytelling.
  • Manage media assets, organize digital archives, and maintain efficient workflows using cloud-based storage solutions.
  • Develop original concepts and content tailored for social media, including short-form vertical video (Reels, YouTube Shorts).
  • Create style frames, storyboards, and contribute to scriptwriting and visual storytelling.
  • Implement best practices for video SEO, accessibility (captioning, audio descriptions), and platform-specific optimization.
  • Stay current with emerging video technologies (AI editing tools, 4K/8K workflows, remote collaboration platforms).
  • Evaluate and integrate generative AI for content ideation, scriptwriting, or automated editing to enhance production efficiency and creativity.
  • Analyze video performance metrics and iterate content based on data-driven insights.
What You'll Bring
  • 3-5 years of professional video production experience
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree or in photography, videography, or related field
  • Portfolio showcasing video work
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, transitions, and pacing
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, and integrating AI-powered editing tools.
  • Knowledge of studio process and gear
  • Proficiency in pre-production (concepting, scripting, storyboarding), production (camera operation, lighting, directing talent), and post-production (editing, color grading, sound mixing).
  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects); familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or other industry-standard tools is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with leading AI video and audio editing platforms (Descript, Runway, Adobe Sensei, Synthesia, Pictory, or similar
  • Ability to direct talent to capture dynamic shots, per project specifications
  • Ability to create content optimized for social media platforms, including vertical video and platform-specific trends.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing multiple YouTube channels, including content strategy and audience engagement
  • Expertise in video SEO strategies, accessibility compliance (including captions and inclusive design), and proficiency with analytics tools for performance tracking and optimization.
  • Experience with photography (environmental portraits, headshots, event coverage) is a plus.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable collaborating in teams and directing talent.
  • Self-starter with a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and creative problem-solving.
