We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer to own and optimize our digital channels and drive consistent, high-quality lead flow. This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands performance marketing, executes quickly, and uses data to improve outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms
Manage CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS with a continuous test‑and‑learn mindset
Execute and maintain a consistent social media and content posting cadence
Build and manage content calendars aligned to business goals
Capture and repurpose content from job sites, team activity, and customer interactions
Improve website performance, landing pages, and lead conversion paths
Track leads through CRM and marketing tools; ensure clean data and attribution
Deliver clear weekly and monthly KPI reporting with insights and recommendations
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience
Proven success managing paid media (Google Ads & Meta required)
Strong understanding of funnels, tracking, and performance metrics
Comfortable owning execution—not just strategy
Organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple initiatives
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience in local service, home services, or B2C marketing
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
Basic creative skills (Canva, short‑form video, light editing)
Experience in a metrics‑driven or EOS‑style organization
