Talent Attraction Specialist at LHH, Sales & Marketing
Art Director
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an art director with 7 or more years of experience for a contract opportunity for a financial services organization in New York, NY. This role is 100% remote EST. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Foster collaboration and effectively manage stakeholder relationships to ensure all visual outputs align with clients strategic goals and brand objectives.
- Provide strategic leadership to the design team in crafting innovative and impactful visual campaigns and design strategies.
- Lead the creation and design of all digital and print visual assetsincluding brand advertisements, social media content, UI/UX elements, and video productionto effectively execute the creative vision of our brand campaigns.
- Partner with a dynamic team of designers, writers, videographers, and web developers to bring the creative vision to life, while staying current with industry trends and best practices to continuously evolve the companys design strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, Figma and Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to uphold brand standards with a strong grasp of core design principles and visual consistency.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, complemented by a strong leadership presence across all organizational levels, thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in a design leadership role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns, projects and strategies.
Employment Type: 10 month contract
Compensation: $47.68 - $62.66 per hour
