About the role We’re looking for young, motivated Content Creators who want to join a fast-growing startup and make a real impact from day one. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging, trend-driven content and helping shape Waveful’s presence across social platforms. This role is ideal for creators who live on social media and want to grow alongside a startup. What you’ll do Create short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts Research trends, sounds, memes, and formats and adapt them to Waveful Experiment with new content ideas and formats to drive growth Collaborate with the marketing and product teams on campaigns and launches Analyze content performance and iterate based on results What We’re Looking For Strong passion for social media and content creation Comfortable being on camera and creating short-form video content Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas consistently Good understanding of what performs well on social platforms Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience with video editing tools or growing a personal/social account Experience Level Active content creators with an existing presence on social media Proven experience creating and posting content consistently Existing following on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube (size matters less than engagement and creativity) Comfortable building and growing an audience Students, recent graduates, and early-career creators are welcome Work Type & Location Part-time What You’ll Get Opportunity to grow quickly in a high-growth startup Real ownership and impact on a product used by millions Work closely with a passionate, young team Flexible work environment Competitive compensation, with potential equity or performance-based bonuses #J-18808-Ljbffr
