Arrowmac is hiring: Packaging Graphic Designer in Pawtucket

An exciting opportunity is available with our leading toy client for a Graphic Designer focused on packaging. Under the direction of the Creative Manager, this role will concept, design, and execute packaging for brands during a three-month rotation, with responsibility for leading graphic design across packaging and eCommerce guides.

This designer will turn team insights and brand strategy into compelling, item-level designs that support marketing, engineering, and development goals. The role includes creating and presenting innovative concepts, directing photo shoots and illustration resources, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track and meet legal and regulatory standards.

You’ll manage multiple projects at various stages, delegate work to internal and external partners, and prioritize effectively to deliver high-quality, on-brand results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• Must have a strong portfolio that shows a variety of packaging examples
• Must be comfortable with a three-month contract
• Must be able to work hybrid in Pawtucket, RI - starting ASAP
• Highly proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, Word, Excel
• High level of creativity, passion, and integrity
• Strong presentation skills
• Organized and able to multitask in a high-volume environment
