Packaging/Graphic Designer (CPG, 3 Brands)

Part-Time / Contract

Pay Rate: $35/hr

Hours: 10-20 hours per week (flexible; may increase seasonally)

Location: Dallas, TX (local candidates only) HYBRID

Start: ASAP

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the creative needs of our three consumer brands. As a key member of our client's team, you will create polished, on-brand assets for retail, ecommerce, and social channels, while balancing quick-turn production work with larger creative builds.

Responsibilities:

Design production:

• Create and update sales and marketing collateral
• Produce digital and e-commerce assets
• Design social creative
• Resize and version assets across formats

Print and packaging support:

• Execute packaging edits and versioning
• Prepare print-ready files
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders

Creative operations:

• Manage multiple requests and deadlines
• Keep working files organized
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and track revisions

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of graphic design experience; CPG, food, or beverage experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Excellent typography and layout skills
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and responsiveness
• Must be Dallas-based and available for occasional in-person collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Packaging and print production experience
• Figma experience
• Light motion design skills
• Experience creating assets for e-commerce marketplaces
