Jr. Graphic Designer - Kids Packaging & Accessories Job at Fourth Floor in New Y

Our client, a children's accessories company, is looking for a Jr. Graphic Designer to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and execution of graphics for kids’ accessories and packaging across multiple product categories
• Create production-ready artwork, layouts, and dielines for packaging and hangtags
• Support seasonal collections by developing on-brand graphics, patterns, and illustrations
• Collaborate with design, product development, and merchandising teams to meet project timelines
• Prepare files for print, ensuring accuracy, color consistency, and compliance with packaging specifications
• Make revisions based on internal feedback and retailer requirements
• Organize and maintain digital assets, style guides, and artwork files

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 1–2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in accessories, packaging, or children’s products
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Understanding of print production, packaging layouts, and dielines
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while maintaining a playful, kid-focused aesthetic
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to take direction and feedback
