About the Job:
The CBPO is responsible for enforcing all applicable federal laws related to customs, immigration, agricultural protection, and narcotics control at U.S. ports of entry.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Valid driver's license
- Possession of a valid state-issued identification card
- No felony convictions or misdemeanor convictions involving moral turpitude within 7 years preceding appointment date in either local court cases where pleading guilty was accepted without entering a plea before judge verdict entered on more than one charge; otherwise qualified individuals who have been convicted may still be considered but must undergo additional background investigation including being found suitable by appropriate adjudicating official(s)
