The Judge Group is hiring: User Experience Designer in Irving

Locations: Irving, TX; Hoffman Estates, IL; Charlotte, NC

Job Description:

• Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Design Research & Strategy and contribute to large-scale planning related to Digital Product Management functional area deliverables
• Plan and execute various research methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing and observational studies to gather qualitative and quantitative data about user needs and behaviors
• Evaluate research findings to identify user pain points, motivations and preferences, translating these insights into actionable recommendations for product teams, design teams and business partners
• Develop personas and journey maps based on research data to communicate user insights effectively across teams
• Work closely with designers, product managers and developers to integrate user insights int the product lifecycle, ensuring that user needs are prioritized in design decisions
• Share research result and recommendations with stakeholders through presentations and reports, fostering a user-centered culture across the organization

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the following: communications, human factors, information sciences, graphic, and visual arts demonstrated through work or military experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing and executing UX research strategies through the use of various UX research tactics (e.g., developing personas, experience mapping, conducting contextual user research and UX measurement activities)
• Large bank/financial services experience is a MUST
