About the role We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who can design and execute full-funnel, performance-driven campaigns that turn complex technical services into predictable revenue. You’ll partner with Sales, Outbound, and Delivery to turn our SCE, clinical reporting, and automation services into clear offers, campaigns, and measurable growth. What you'll do Test relentlessly, scale what works, kill what doesn’t Focus on channels where pharma/biotech decision-makers actually are Build and refresh ICP target lists in HubSpot Outbound & ABM Support (≈40%) Support research on target accounts, contact mapping, list building Deliver materials that help outbound and sales close deals Brief copywriters, SEO specialists, and freelancers Ensure timelines and quality are on track Who you are You understand what people buy, why they buy it, and where they buy it. And you genuinely enjoy marketing. You can reverse-engineer revenue goals into clear campaign tactics You’ve run performance campaigns before (not only PPC!)
