As an IT Asset Management Specialist, you will help ensure IT asset inventory is effectively managed and IT equipment is ordered, deployed, recycled, and tracked according to documented processes. This role is located in Phoenix, AZ and will report to the IT Asset Management Manager.
What You'll Do
Process requests for new IT assets from internal customers
Create purchase orders, review orders for completeness and accuracy, and verify and track the activity on all Purchase Orders including on-time delivery, and receipts
Communicate with customers regarding delivery timing and deployed asset status
Coordinate with customers for installation of new or replacement devices
Maintain hardware stockroom, including inventory and asset-tag company IT assets prior to issuance
Maintain inventory of IT assets in asset management system
Manage monthly PC replacement process including gathering approvals, ordering, configuration, delivery, and disposal
Assist in supporting relationships with approved IT vendors
Coordinate and track proper disposal of IT assets at the end of their lifecycle
Assist in supporting customers with mobile account management
Troubleshoot mobile account issues like access, features, plans and devices
Manage the ordering, upgrading, and deployment of mobile devices
Assist with AV equipment and room support
Order, service and maintain AV equipment and rooms
Monitor Executive meetings and provide white glove service when requested
Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership
What You'll Have
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, IT or related field preferred
3 years of prior experience managing IT assets in an enterprise environment
Prior experience in configuration of PCs and mobile devices preferred
Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices including demand forecast planning, inventory management and purchasing
A proven professional with excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation and time management skills

Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
