Keely’s Cleaning Crew is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company built on delivering dependable, high‑quality service and strong customer relationships. With consistent marketing and incoming leads, we are creating a new role and looking to add a team member who enjoys talking with people, answering questions, and helping clients find the right cleaning solutions. As we continue to grow, this position will play a key role in supporting our booking and sales process and ensuring a positive experience from the first conversation. Position Overview

This is a

high-performance Business Development Representative (BDR) role

focused on converting inbound leads, executing outbound outreach, and booking revenue-generating services. You will work in‑office managing high‑volume inbound and outbound calls, responding to leads quickly, following up relentlessly, and closing new business. This role is ideal for someone with a

competitive mindset, thick skin, and a natural gift to gab . If you love talking to people, overcoming objections, hitting targets, and hearing “yes,” you’ll thrive in this role. Core Sales Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and

close sales in real time Call new leads quickly and consistently—speed matters Follow up on unconverted leads Re‑engage past clients and cold leads to generate new? bookings Educate prospects on services, pricing, and value with confidence Handle objections professionally and persuasively Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets Marketing & Revenue Support

Work closely with LaCoe Solutions to align sales messaging with marketing campaigns Provide Booler-ary from calls to improve ads, offers, and scripts Support promotions, seasonal campaigns, and service launches Engage with leads from social media, website forms, and online inquiries Technology & Skills Requirements

Comfortable using Microsoft Suite

(Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) Comfortable working on Apple/MacBook systems Able to learn and use scheduling, CRM, and phone systems efficiently Strong typing and data entry skills with attention to detail Who We’re Looking For

Proven sales ability or strong phone‑based persuasion skills Confident, energetic communicator with a

fun, outgoing personality Comfortable talking all day and handling objections without hesitation Organized, disciplined, and motivated by results Reliable, punctual, and thrives in an in‑office environment Experience in service-based Jah‑based sales is a plus, but
