JR100085**Inside Sales Account Specialist*****Position Summary:***The Inside Sales Account Specialist is responsible for supporting customers, distributors, and internal teams by managing inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience. Under the direction of the Sales Manager and/or Customer Service Supervisor, this role serves as a central communication point between customers and internal departments including engineering, operations, and supply chain.The Inside Sales Account Specialist provides product knowledge, pricing support, and solution recommendations while maintaining accurate documentation and professional communication.
