Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree plus two years of experience as a Child Welfare Specialist
Bachelor's Degree plus three years of experience as a Child Welfare Specialist
Four years of experience as a Child Welfare Specialist

Leadership role that provides direct supervision to a unit of lower-level Child Welfare Specialists within Child Protective Services, Family Centered Services, and Permanency Planning.
As a direct supervisor, interview and select team applicants; maintain personnel records and complete performance evaluations; train new staff; perform case reviews; develop and administer in‑services training programs.
Coordinate closely with other Child Welfare Supervisors and District Directors regarding appropriate case actions and referrals; audit and track referrals with providers to ensure delivery of contractual services.
This is a position in the Oklahoma Civil Service.
