RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client that is seeking a UI/UX Designer. This will be a hybrid role located in downtown SLC, UT.
SUMMARY Our client is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to elevate end-to-end customer and employee experiences across our digital ecosystem. They will partner closely with product, technology, and business stakeholders to map workflows and business processes, translate them into intuitive wireframes and high‑fidelity designs, and collaborate with one other designer to deliver cohesive, human‑centered solutions.
KEY TASKS
Lead UX discovery and design for high impact initiatives: plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews, define personas, journeys, and service blueprints, and turn insights into clear IA and interaction models
Wireframe and prototype user flows and interfaces using Figma; document decision logs and design rationale for engineering hand offs
Diagram business processes and workflows using Lucidchart (Lucid Charts) to visualize current state and future state operations, dependencies, and edge cases
Design UI systems: components, patterns, and guidelines that are accessible, consistent, and scalable across products
Partner with engineering and products to validate feasibility, refine requirements, and support delivery through reviews, QA on design fidelity, and iterative improvements
Measure and improve define success metrics, contribute to A/B test plans, analyze qualitative/quantitative feedback, and drive continuous UX enhancements
Advocate for design quality and accessibility (WCAG) throughout the lifecycle
REQUIREMENTS
10 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio that shows end‑to‑end problem solving (discovery, wireframes, prototypes, and shipped UI)
Expertise in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, design tokens)
Strong experience with Lucidchart/Lucid Charts for wireframing and workflow visualization
Proven ability to model complex business processes, simplify workflows, and translate them into usable product experiences
COMPENSATION The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
BENEFITS We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
