We are seeking a skilled and creative Industrial Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our team and contribute to the development of our fragrance collections, pop‑ups, and physical brand experiences. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role with real ownership. You will lead your own projects and drive products from concept through production across packaging, displays, merchandising, and retail environments.
Responsibilities Concept & Product Design
Design fragrance bottles, secondary packaging, gift sets, candles, merchandising fixtures, and pop‑up environments.
Translate brand direction into manufacturable products and experiential designs.
Project Ownership
Lead your own projects from concept through production.
Design Development & Execution
Produce sketches, CAD models, renderings, and prototypes.
Refine designs through multiple development stages with speed and precision.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with other designers, the creative director, and the logistics manager.
Iteration & Problem Solving
Participate in design reviews.
Implement feedback rapidly and resolve production challenges.
Technical Documentation
Produce full production‑ready tech packs with drawings, tolerances, materials, and specifications.
Prepare presentations for internal approval and vendor execution.
Qualifications Education
BachelorWeek: degree in Industrial Design.
Experience
2–3 years of professional experience in product design, packaging, retail design, or consumer goods.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in: SolidWorks and/or Rhino, KeyShot, Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of: Manufacturing processes, Materials and finishes, and Tooling and production workflows
Design & Communication
Strong sketching and visualization skills.
Clear verbal and visual communication.
Ability to present work confidently.
Work Style
Highly detail‑oriented.
Self‑directed and accountable.
Comfortable leading projects independently.
Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑output environment.
Design Mindset
Strong aesthetic sensitivity.
High standards for form, finishes, and brand cohesion.
