Responsibilities Customer Service
Develop customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while deliveringavras WOW! or 5‑Star service.
Interact face‑to‑face with customers, providing excellent service and building rapport.
Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers.
Rent self‑storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, Conventional acceptable payments utilizing our Point‑of‑Sale System (POS), complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.
Property Maintenance
Daily property walks, cleaning units and the property, opening, and closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs.).
Maintain the facility by mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, and performing other light activities.
Keep a clean and safe storage facility to meet company guidelines (clean restrooms, landscaping, parking, paving, fence, walls, doors).
Qualifications
A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
Experience delivering high‑quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
Basic computer skills.
Requirements
Must be able to work Saturdays.
irus driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation during the workday.
Frequently required to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder.
Some locations may require Sunday hours.
