Job Description JR Bath
is a quickly growing brand in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We specialize in custom bath solutions that enhance homeowners’ lives with beautiful, durable, and low maintenance bathrooms.
We are currently seeking Show and Event Marketers to represent JR Bath at home shows, expos, fairs, and community events throughout the North Canton and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for outgoing, motivated individuals who enjoy engaging with people and generating interest in a high quality home improvement product.
This position offers hourly pay plus performance based bonuses for setting quality appointments.
What You Will Do
Represent JR Bath at trade shows, home shows, and special events
Attract and engage event attendees at the booth
Provide a basic overview of bath remodeling products and services
Generate and schedule in home consultation appointments
Collect and submit qualified leads to the Event Coordinator
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth appearance
Create a positive and energetic customer experience
Uphold the JR Bath brand and professional image
What We Are Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality
Customer service, sales, or marketing experience
Ability to work in a fast paced, public environment
Reliable transportation to travel to scheduled events
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
Availability to work weekends and evenings
