Role Description
This full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Agent role is based in Westerville, OH. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, provide professional advice on real estate transactions, and stay informed about market trends. Day‑to‑day tasks include networking, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and delivering excellent customer service to meet client needs and goals.
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License and foundational knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
Strong sales and customer service skills with experience building positive client relationships
Understanding of real estate principles, practices, and current market trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently
Familiarity with the local market and communities in Central Ohio is a plus
Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
