Job Title: Maintenance Parts Specialist
Area of Facility: Maintenance
Hourly Rate: $26.92
Job Duties
Purchasing all non-inventory supplies
Maintenance of vendor relations and vendor contact database
Communication & interactions with vendors/suppliers
Research alternative parts and supplies, ensuring equal or better quality and lower prices
Maintenance of equipment data (will input information in CMMS and keep maintained)
Spare Parts Inventory System – Stock and continually improve the inventory of spare parts
A shared role with manager on inventory audits on a quarterly basis.
Using Coupa for purchasing
Maintain and organize the parts room
Job Requirements
A valid driver’s license
Ability to attend to details, prioritize and multi-task effectively while remaining focused
Self-motivated
Basic office functions such as copying, filing, faxing and scanning
Excellent organizational skills
