Canadian County Assessor’s Office – Field Appraiser
Are you looking to join a team in the fastest growing county in the state? The Canadian County Assessor’s Office has an opening for a full-time Field Appraiser. Major areas of responsibility will include:
Physically inspect, measure and collect property data characteristics for valuation purposes
Ability to independently work outside throughout the year
Input, monitor and adjust valuations using ownership פי דatasbase on a mobile device
Interact with property owners to answer questions regarding their valuations
Real estate appraisal experience and a college degree are preferred. The ideal candidate is required to pass stateReply accreditation tests. Computer proficiency, good communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record are required. Salary commensurate with skills and experience; benefit package included.
