Floating Leasing Professional
to support multiple apartment communities across Middle Tennessee. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, sales, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer:
Competitive hourly pay + commission Generous PTO
120 hours (0–4 years) | 160 hours (5+ years)
Company-paid Life Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED Leasing experience preferred; strong sales/customer service required Flexible schedule; Saturdays as needed Willingness to travel between properties Professional, dependable, and customer-focused Entrata and social media experience preferred Able to walk properties, climb stairs, lift up to 25lbs Key Responsibilities:
Lease apartments and conduct tours Support multiple communities as needed Maintain leasing files and apartment readiness Assist with marketing and outreach Follow Fair Housing and safety regulations Ready to Apply?
