As an Apartment Make Ready Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring every vacated apartment is restored to pristine, move-in ready condition. Your hands-on expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our community.Key Responsibilities:* Inspect and assess vacated apartments, completing thorough make-ready checklists* Perform repairs and replacements in a variety of areas, including:
• Drywall, painting, and carpentry
• Electrical and plumbing systems
• Appliance troubleshooting and repair
• Pool maintenance (as needed)
• Windows, doors, locks, shelves, baseboards, and more* Test and repair faucets, sinks, and bathtubs as necessary* Create new keys and manage lock changes for incoming residents* Assist with cleaning, groundskeeping, and general maintenance alongside the teamWhat We’re Looking For:* Hands-on experience with repairs and maintenance in residential or multi-family settings* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities* Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills* Commitment to quality and resident satisfactionAt AMLI, we know that our employees are our most valuable asset.
