Compensation:
$20–$28 per hour, based on experience

Position Overview We are seeking a professional, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers — handling inbound and outbound communications, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales and service teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident communicating by phone, text, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional, friendly, and consistent communication across all customer interactions
Make outbound calls and respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, text, email, and chat
Qualify leads based on established criteria, including customer needs, budget, timeline, and decision‑maker status
Clearly and confidently explain basic products and services to prospective customers
Schedule qualified appointments for sales representatives, consultants, or technicians
Accurately document interactions and update customer information in the CRM system
Escalate complex questions or issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when needed
Maintain high standards of accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong time management and multitasking abilities
High level of empathy and emotional intelligence when working with customers
Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills

Reliable internet connection and a distraction‑free remote work environment
