Primary Purpose Asset Protection associates are responsible for providing a secure destination to shop for customers, a safe workplace for associates, and protecting company assets for the ongoing success of our stores.
Duties and Responsibilities
Investigating loss of assets including merchandise, money and property.
Preventing loss and shrink through monitoring, surveillance, and other LP tactics.
Ensuring the safety and security of assigned stores.
Monitoring and implementing shrink reduction strategies.
Qualifications
One year of related experience in retail operations or customer service, loss prevention/ ykness
Ability to write detailed reports and maintain strict confidentiality of all investigation‑related information.
High School Diploma or GED.
