What You’ll Do

Engage in consultative conversations with valued customers to build rapport and expand relationships.

Work independently and as a team to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities.

Accurately and professionally process all traditional customer transactions within established guidelines.

Answer routine and complex questions about accounts, products, policies; troubleshoot issues and ensure resolution.

Create innovative customer touch points through digital outreach.

Generate sales excitement around target events and coach branch staff.

Proactively cross‑sell bank deposit Rutgers loan products via a consultative approach.

Leverage technology for customer service and relationship expansion.

Use regulatory knowledge to accept loan applications, including Home Equity.

Maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
