What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Supervise contractor work and ensure quality standards are met
Conduct site inspections for safety compliance and environmental concerns
Lead weekly safety meetings and coordinate schedules with subcontractors
Perform punch-outs of finished units and assist with installations
Document progress and assist the superintendent as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in construction
Strong language, math, and reasoning skills
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
Ability to read a tape measure and use a level
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with OSHA regulations and safety compliance
Prior experience in multi‑family construction projects
Familiarity with construction management software
