We are seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Financial Representatives. This role is primarily focused on handling high-volume inbound calls within a call center environment, providing exceptional support to clients in the financial services sector (Associated Bank, Webster Bank, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and others). Hourly Payment: $19.17 Responsibilities

Respond to inbound client calls regarding brokerage accounts, cash management products, online and mobile platforms, and general account or financial inquiries. Deliver accurate, efficient, and professional service while consistently meeting departmental performance metrics. Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to enhance the client experience. Maintain a strong knowledge of brokerage operations, financial products, and digital service tools. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Adapt quickly to change and manage multiple priorities in a busy service center. Qualifications

College Degree OR previous contact center / call center experience from 2 – 5 years (financial services background strongly preferred). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure. Highly professional, career-driven, and committed to delivering world‑class customer service. What We Offer
