Experience in the apartment industry is required. If you possess a high degree of professionalism, a positive attitude, are willing to learn, and have strong customer service skills, we would love to set up an interview! Job Responsibilities
Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.).
Inspect models and available “market ready” units; communicate related service needs to the Property Manager.
Fair Housing knowledge is a must.
Ensure apartments are ready for residents to move in on the agreed date.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the community team.
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
Job Qualifications
Experience in the apartment industry required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) required
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
