Communicate claim activity and processing with claimants and clients. Report claims to the excess carrier and promptly respond to requests under professional guidelines. Deliver innovative customer‑facing solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients across industries. Qualifications
2 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Professional certification relevant to Workers Compensation preferred. Knowledge of MD, VA & DC jurisdictions. Benefits
