The Lash Lounge is the nation's premier lash extension salon with 100+ locations across the U.S. At our Prosper and McKinney salons, we specialize in creating confident, beautiful women through luxury lash and brow services
while delivering a five-star guest experience every time. But here's the truth: Our front desk isn't just customer service
it's our sales engine. We are a fast-growing, performance-driven salon, and we're looking for a motivated Front Desk Sales Coordinator who wants to help grow our business, increase first-time visitors, convert leads, and drive revenue
while being the friendly face of our brand. This is a full-time position: This is a 3540 hour per week role requiring availability for afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Reliability and schedule flexibility are essential. You are NOT afraid to sell. You are confident on the phone. You love hitting goals, closing memberships, and turning "just looking" into "I'm booked!" You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to: Convert new leads into booked full sets Upgrade guests into premium services Enroll guests into monthly memberships Follow up relentlessly on warm & cold leads Track your numbers and compete with yourself to do better every week This is a revenue-generating role. Sell full sets, refills, upgrades, retail & memberships Make daily outbound calls, texts & emails to leads Follow structured follow-up cadences Convert first-time visitors into long-term members Book appointments in person, by phone & through CRM Deliver a luxury guest experience from check-in to checkout Support lash artists and maintain a clean, organized front desk Required skills: Sales-driven mindset
