its an opportunity to build the future of beverage distribution and grow with a company that truly cares about its people./ph3Overview/h3pResponsible for achieving customer objectives, Key Performance Indicators, and targets by implementing strategies and tactics while managing customers in a manner that will achieve profitable long-term growth./ph3Primary Responsibilities/h3pSell to accounts in assigned trade channel(s)/ppDrive brand success via leadership selling against trade channels and actively supporting the selling efforts of sales reps, district managers, and key account specialists within the wholesaler/ppLead all parts of the sales process including targeting appropriate accounts, lead selling, education and positioning brands for success within the account/ppMonitor field implementation and execution of programs within assigned accounts to ensure product pricing and promotion/ppRegularly interact with field management for updating programming and brand priorities, brand standards and best practices leading to successful execution in the market/ppProvide detailed tracking reports of wholesaler performance against agreed-to supplier objectives/ppDevelop key account relationships that deliver measurable results/ppWork with key assigned teams to deliver monthly goals (work-withs, product training samples, etc.)/ppCreate, coordinate, and attend on-site promotional functions at established customer accounts (e.g., winemaker dinners, product launches, and tastings)/ppPerform other job-related duties as assigned/ph3Additional Primary Responsibilities/h3h3Minimum Qualifications/h3pBachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience/ppFive years of industry-related sales experience within the distribution, hospitality or supplier community/ppValid state motor vehicle operators license and ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance by State laws/ppMust be at least 21 years of age/ph3Physical Demands/h3pPhysical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time may include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or mobile device/ppPhysical demands with activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping/ppPhysical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include driving throughout the day with segments up to 2 hours/ppMay require lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 56lbs/ppThis position is deemed a safety-sensitive position.
