Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) – Boise, ID
As a Client Relationship Specialist (CRS), you bring your passion for customer service to a role that supports the operational success of a local Schwab branch. Working under your Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager, you will help deliver an unparalleled client experience while building your own skills and growth in the financial services industry. Development and growth are at the core of this role. Although licensing isn’t required, Schwab will support you to obtain Series 7 and 63/66 licenses if that aligns with your career goals.

Required Qualifications
1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry.
Licensing is preferred, but not required; Schwab will support employees in obtaining Series 7 and 63/66 licenses.
Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships.
Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts.
May be asked to become a Notary.
