As a Personal Banker within PNC Retail Banking Organization, you will be based at the McGregor Branch in Mobile, Alabama. The job description includes acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience, collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet, driving proactive sales conversations, creating customer loyalty and growing customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, applying product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively, managing risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and participating in branch daily operations. To be successful in this position, candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities. Preferred skills include accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience, customer service, identifying opportunities, leveraging technology, and proactive sales. Competencies include banking products, digital awareness, effective communications, managing multiple priorities, matrix management, problem solving, prospecting, retail lending, selling, and understanding customer needs. Typically, roles at this level require an associate's or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
