Institutional Retirement Services Relationship Manager
This full‑time hybrid role requires routine travel to clients in Eastern Pennsylvania and Northern New Jersey. The incumbent works independently to manage complex Retirement Services client relationships, mentors junior teammates, and directly supports client retention, satisfaction, revenue growth, and new business development.
Responsibilities
Lead a consistent and integrated Retirement Servicesアウト client experience, coordinating service delivery with internal partners, developing initiatives to retain and expand client relationships, increase fee revenue, and execute the client relationship plan.
Ensure assigned accounts are administered within governing documents, complete required reviews and reports on time, analyze accounts for efficiency, advise employees and corporations on account design and administration, handle routine inquiries about trust services, investments and administrative matters, and refer more complex issues to superiors.
Retain, expand and broaden client relationships by identifying cross‑sell opportunities, collaborating across Fulton Financial, building relationships with internal and external influence centers to create a referral network, participating in community and business activities, coordinating RFP responses for assigned accounts and new business prospects, providing Պ technical sales support, achieving annual sales goals, mentoring Level I Relationship Managers, and serving as a technical resource for other Relationship Managers for administrative, leadership or management functions as assigned.
Education incurred
Master’s Degree
or equivalent experience is required. Specialty in Business Administration is preferred.
Experience
10 years or more in Relationship Management.
10 years or more in Institutional Retirement Services Relationship Management, including new client acquisition, retention, and expansion of institutional retirement plans.
Strong knowledge of ERISA, defined contribution and definednature benefit plans.
Certifications Trust or Financial Planning Designations
required.

Additional Job Responsibilities This role may perform other duties as assigned by the manager. The employee is accountable for reading, understanding and acting on all company‑assigned and job‑related compliance programs, regulations and policies; ensuring compliance with applicable laws; and escalating compliance risks to the appropriate level of management.
Compensation Base salary range: $111,100 – $185,100 annually. Additional compensation may include equity in the form of restricted stock units and a short‑term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
