Job Description Key Responsibilities/Duties

Using solid organizational skills, track and report work orders, leasing inquires, and TI projects.

Schedule, follow up, and coordinate with vendors and tenants.

Support lease contract-related document preparations (Leases, Amendments, Addendums, LOI’s) and possess a working knowledge of core lease clauses and provisions.

Works closely with the Division Head, Asset Manager, and the Property Manager in regard to Landlord Work and Tenant Improvement related estimates.

Visit assets performing monthly property inspections, and to meet vendors/tenants.

Effectively follow up with tenant(s) regarding outstanding A/R.

Ensuring timely and accurate payments, proficiently and accurately process A/P.

Education / Experience Requirements

A minimum of one year of successful property management experience in a commercial office environment.

Ability to read, interpret, and fully understand commercial leases, including abstracting leases and identifying critical lease provisions.

Ability to effectively present information to tenants, business owners, and Cirrus’ leadership team.

Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Experience with Yardi or similar software.

Prior experience with maintenance or service ticketing system software such as Angus preferred.

The nature of work requires an ability to effectively communicate and exchange information, collect, compile, and prepare work documents, and operate standard equipment. Ability to climb up and down a ladder and move around sites. Exposure to dust, dirt or other construction hazards during site visits.

Additional Information Location: Buena Park

Pay: $21-$24 hourly

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
