As our company grows, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help expand SSCG’s digital footprint.

Position Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing, optimizing, and maintaining SSCG’s digital marketing initiatives. This position is primarily focused on paid media, analytics, tracking, and website optimization, taking ownership of many day‑to‑day digital marketing tasks so senior leadership can focus on strategy, pricing, and broader initiatives.

This role is perfect for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to grow their digital marketing skills. You’ll gain hands‑on experience, taking ownership of meaningful digital marketing tasks that directly impact business results. While your main focus will be digital, there will also be opportunities to assist with creative and print projects, giving you a well‑rounded view of marketing in a fast‑growing company. With variety built in, you’ll work across multiple platforms, tools, and marketing channels, keeping every day interesting and full of learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Digital Advertising & Analytics

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple self‑storage facilities

Monitor performance, conversion tracking, and KPIs using Google Analytics and Tag Manager

Help identify trends, prepare reports and provide actionable insights to manager

Stay up to date on PPC best practices and platform updates

Website, SEO & Platforms

Perform routine website updates (pricing, promotions, facility details)

Support on‑page SEO and basic site optimization

Ensure forms, tracking, and integrations function properly

Manage listings and online reputation platforms

Reporting & Collaboration

Compile monthly performance reports and pacing checks

Collaborate cross‑departmentally to align marketing and operational goals

Track and manage digital marketing spend against budget

Growth Opportunities

Contribute ideas to improve workflows, tracking, and performance

Expand responsibilities based on skills and business needs

Skills & Qualifications

Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while managing deadlines independently

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager

Understanding of paid search metrics, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization

Comfortable working with or learning website‑building platforms

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Sheets

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus, but not required
