Social Media Specialist.

What you will do: The Social Media Specialistwill be responsible for managing and growing the Pediatrics Plus presence across social platforms, with a focus on creating engaging content, managing both organic and paid social campaigns, and using analytics to guide strategy and optimize results.
Develop, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, lnstagram, Linkedln and others). Create engaging and on-brand multimedia content, including graphics, shortform videos, and stories. Manage day-to-day organic social media activity, including monitoring comments, messages, and community engagement. Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using Google Analytics and native platform insights. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social content with campaigns, events, and organizational goals. Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

What you have: Proficient in social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite and Sprout Social. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Ability to work with Facebook Shops. Ability to manage advertising budgets and optimize ad spend. Creative thinker with a strong eye for brand voice and storytelling. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Passion for combining creativity and strategy to support a mission-driven organization. Computer skills which include a working knowledge of keyboarding, database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software. Ability to think creatively. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Ability to function independently in all aspects, including project identification, evaluation, and coordination with management and internal departments. Ability to represent the company in a confident, persuasive, and positive Ability to work under stress and respond quickly in emergency Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Reports for work dressed appropriately and complies with company policies regarding the dress code. Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance. Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. Travel may be required.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 2+ years of professional social media experience, including both organic and paid management (preferred).
