Pay:
$65–$72 per hour (starting rate) Assignment Length:
3-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and budget Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week Work Model:
Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Responsibilities
Identifies global consumer, salon, and technology trends and translates haircare insights into innovative product and service concepts that resonate with both professionals and consumers. Leads and contributes to the end-to-end product development process, including positioning, formulation, packaging, claims, communication, and merchandising, while conducting competitive analysis. Collaborates cross-functionally with creative talent, R&D, Education, Testing, CMI, and global teams, effectively navigating complexity and managing priorities with autonomy. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or a creative field strongly preferred. 7+ years of marketing experience required; experience within the beauty and/or haircare industry strongly preferred. Strong visual and creative judgment with exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, multitasking, leadership, and decision-making skills. Deep understanding of the professional beauty industry, including high-performing products, content, and channel-specific performance metrics. Proven project management, planning, and execution capabilities, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across departments and global stakeholders while articulating business strategy and facilitating the creative process. Financial and operational proficiency, including budget management and strong computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Preferred:
Marketing-related degree, haircare or hairstyling marketing experience, global or multicultural experience, strong presentation skills, and additional language capabilities.
