Responsibilities
Hire, train, and be responsible for all work performed by staff members.
Assist in achieving financial and operational goals through better leasing performance.
Monitor daily traffic. Submit recommendations on advertising effectiveness and needed improvements.
Handle dispositions, send all outstanding delinquent accounts to a collection agency in a timely manner.
Monitor/supervise rent collections.
Compile weekly/monthly reports advising on the status of the property.
Comply with all Fair Housing and Federal Trade Commission requirements.
Requirements
Illinois Broker's License.
5-8 years of property management experience.
3-5 years of residential leasing experience.
Proficient with Yardi Voyager and CRM.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
