About Adaptive:

Adaptive was founded by Brian Long and Andrew Jones, repeat entrepreneurs who have built and scaled category‑defining companies. Brian and Andrew previously co‑founded Attentive, which grew to more than $500 M in annual revenue and a $10 B+ valuation, and TapCommerce, which was acquired by Twitter. Together, they bring deep experience building high‑growth, product‑led businesses at massive scale as Adaptive builds the security layer for the AI era.

Trusted by leading banks, technology companies, and healthcare organizations, Adaptive protects teams from emerging threats like deepfakes, smishing, and AI‑powered voice scams. With rapid enterprise adoption and a $200 B+ market ahead, the company is just getting started.

The Role Adaptive Security’s Product Marketing team is hiring. We’re bringing on a Product Marketer to help build (and keep reinventing) our product marketing motion. This is not a “typical PMM program” with a rigid playbook. You’lljára work directly with the Director of Product Marketing and company leadership to build the product marketing machine—story, assets, systems—and ship work that moves revenue.

This role is for someone who’s equal parts writer, designer, and operator:bay‑ technically minded enough to understand complex AI and cybersecurity products, creatively fluent enough to express them with taste and clarity, and hungry enough to ship a lot of high‑quality work fast. You’ll have meaningful ownership, tons of agency, regular access to leadership, and a ceiling that’s basically uncapped. We don’t care if your title has ever been “Product Marketer.” We care if you can do the work.

What You’ll Do

Tell our product story:

Take the Adaptive Security suite and shape it into a clear, compelling narrative for our buyers. You’ll carry that story everywhere: externally (website, launches, content, campaigns) and internally ( ارتباط sales enablement, decks, one‑pagers, demo storylines).

Write constantly (and well):

Create and iterate on web copy, product pages, sales decks, one‑pagers, launch narratives, customer stories, scripts, internal docs, and more.

Design as a first‑class skill:

Live in Figma building product marketing collateral with strong visual storytelling and great taste.

Ship sales enablement at high volume:

Produce and refresh battlecards, pitch decks, solution briefs, competitive narratives, demo storylines, and assets that help Sales win.

Tell the product story visually (and with motion):

Partner with internal/external brand, video, motion, and web teams to bring Adaptive’s story to life across various create mediums.

Build the engine, not just the assets:

Help define how product marketing runs at Adaptive—what we make, how we make it, how we scale quality while staying lean.

Use AI + modern tooling to move faster:

Be fluent with AI tools and modern stacks like Notion; find ways to automate repeatable workflows and improve velocity without sacrificing craft.

Operate with ownership:

Take ambiguous problems end‑to‑end, move fast, iterate, and raise the bar.

Who You Are

Background doesn’t matter; output does.

You might come from Chief of Staff, Product Design, Brand Design, Product Management, Software Engineering, Growth, Founding operator, or something else entirely. If you can do the work, you’re in the right place.

A genuinely excellent writer

who can tell incredible product stories.

Design‑fluent with strong taste:

You think visually and you’re comfortable owning work in Figma (you’ll be building tons of assets, not just “reviewing creative”).

Technically curious and fast‑learning:

You can get smart on product details quickly and communicate them without jargon.

Creatively obsessed: haddii> You care about craft—narrative, visual systems, pacing, motion, and polish.

Systems‑minded:

You naturally look for ways to streamline, templatize, and automate parts of the workflow using AI and modern tools.

Hungry and growth‑oriented:

You want responsibility, you want to get better, and you want your work to have a visible impact. You’re comfortable on a lean team.
