Role Overview
Designsilliance and develops engaging learning products (eLearning, instructor‑led training, כאבות, simulations, etc.) using adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies. Collaborates with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Key Responsibilities
25% Creates visually appealing content using graphic and video tools 20% Conducts needs/task/content/instructional analysis 15% Applies instructional design principles and adult learning theory 15% Manages end‑to‑end design and development lifecycle Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s in Instructional Design, Communication, Technology, or related field In lieu of degree: 4 additional years of relevant experience Experience: 5+ years in instructional design or training Preferred: Master’s in Instructional Design; experience with Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud Skills & Abilities
Advanced knowledge of web/multimedia/mobile learning technologies Strong problem‑solving and prioritization skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and graphic design tools Excellent written and interpersonal communication Ability to work in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments Certifications
E‑Learning Instructional Design Certification (Required upon hire)
