Job Summary: Our US-based client is a consumer products eCommerce business located in Batavia, IL, which imports private label manufactured products to the United States and sells them online through Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Wayfair, Overstock.com, and to a select group of broker-dealers.
The eCommerce Advertising Analyst will support planning, execution, and optimization of Amazon & Walmart ad campaigns. This entry to mid-level role will ensure ads deliver strong performance, stay within budget, and align with broader brand/sales goals. This position requires a detail-oriented, analytical, and communicative professional who can multitask in a fast‑paced eCommerce seasonal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with setting up ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
Perform keyword research, competitor research, and audience targeting analysis.
Help with bid management, budget allocation, and bid adjustments under guidance.
Support bulk uploads/updates of campaigns using Excel / Google Sheets or Amazon bulk tools along with Advertising Optimization Software.
Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., ACOS, CPC, CTR, ROAS, TACOS), flagging issues/anomalies.
Prepare and deliver regular reports and dashboards to track performance and optimization opportunities.
Work with cross‑functional teams (e.g., product, creative, merchandising) to ensure ad content and creatives meet brand and campaign specifications.
Maintain accurate records of ad assets, campaign setups, budgets, schedules, and performance history.
Stay current with Amazon’s & Walmart’s advertising features, policies, and platform changes.
Must haves:
+2 years of experience in digital marketing or e‑commerce roles, including campaign management and optimization, keyword research, and budget management.
Advanced English level
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, charts).
Experience working with the Amazon platform.
Experience managing large advertising budgets (over $1M/year).
Nice-to Haves:
Experience working with Walmart in addition to Amazon.
Experience working with tools such as Helium10, Data Dive, and IntentWise.
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Working hours and time‑zone: Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 4 pm CST; flexible, possibly 8 to 5 or 9 to 6.

Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 usd/month, depending on experience
